Résidence Opale – Ch. de la Baume 45, Chardonne
“Opale” is a small residence under construction, composed of six units built with superior and sustainable quality materials. Each unit is gas heated with separate meters. Excellent sound and thermal insulation.
The plot on which this project is located is certainly one of the finest in Chardonne; not only does it have an outstanding 180-degree view but the access road is without incline.
The very peaceful nature of the location makes one feel rested and helps recuperation. The slope in the land has been purposefully maintained so as to retain the view down to lake and Alps.
Residents may fully benefit from this grandiose panorama via the windows and the balcony-terraces and enjoy the shimmering brightness of the light.
All the elements inherent to a typical village have been included in this construction such as the wood façade at the back of the residence recalling the nearby forest and the dry stone walls similar to those which separate the vineyards.
