Public transport

The Vevey-Mont-Pelerin funicular and the Châtel-St-Denis-Vevey bus stop are both within a 5-minute walk.

Schools

Pre-school and primary classes are on location. Secondary level classes are spread between Corsier, Corseaux and Chardonne.

All amenities are to be found in the village: several restaurants will introduce you to local cuisine; a post office, grocery shop, baker/tea-room, pharmacy and library await you.

Within 10 minutes by car or funicular to Vevey are the supermarkets of Coop, MIgros and Manor. Coop and Migros are also to be found in Châtel-St-Denis, which is even within easier reach from Chardonne.
